how can hypnotherapy help me with my confidence?

Hypnotherapy can be a really helpful way to tackle stress and anxiety, and build self-belief and confidence.

Deeply relaxing, it’s a simple way to focus your attention on the problem, whilst allowing everything around you to drift away.

I use hypnotherapy as both a standalone way of supporting people, and also as a tool when I work with my coaching clients. I combine it with Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Integral Eye Movement Therapy and Timeline Therapy™ to get the best results for my clients.

As a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society I am bound by a code of ethics which mean I uphold a set of standards laid down by them. You can obtain it at www.nationalhypnotherapysociety.org

I also work as a volunteer hypnotherapist for the Cambridge Cancer Help Centre in Great Shelford, Cambridge. If you’d like to know more about them please click here : www.cambridgecancerhelp.org

Anxiety and panic

Hypnotherapy can be a helpful treatment if you experience anxiety and panic attacks.

There are different types of anxiety:

  • General anxiety disorder

  • Social anxiety disorder

  • Panic disorder

I offer sessions that combine hypnotherapy, IEMT and NLP techniques to address these issues. Most clients notice an improvement after 3 sessions - but some will require fewer and others more. I offer hypnothereapy recordings to all my clients to embed the work done in session.

I have experience of working with people living with cancer through my work at The Cambridge Cancer Help Centre.

SELF CONFIDENCE

Do you want to believe in yourself?

Hypnotherapy can be a very helpful way of shifting mindset, that can in turn lead to more self-belief.

Creating foundations based on courage, competency and self-compassion, I work with my clients to get to the root cause of low confidence.

We begin by exploring what is currently getting in the way, and seek to overcome obstacles by creating a sense of possibility.

This work is about positive reinforcement, and recognising that all parts of your journey are important, relevant and a source of inspiration.

This mindset work is not about dwelling on what is perceived to be lacking. It’s about giving yourself permission to try, to learn and to grow.
